Sarah Beus

Sarah Barlow Beus (84), loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away after several months of declining health, on March 1, 2021, in the comfort of her own home. She is survived by three of her four children, Brad (Melanie), Dena Dewey (Bart), and Becky Larson (Jeff). She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Beus (Monica) and her loving husband of 61 years, Rodney Beus. What a reunion they are having! She was a wonderful grandmother who took so much pride in her grandkids; Brittany Anderson (Austin), BJ Dewey (Britt), Chad Dewey (Jesse), Tyler Beus (Heather), Zac Beus (Janae), Taryn Stark (Aaron), Bradyn Beus, Skylar Larson (Janie), Lyndsi Navarro (Ed), Samantha Burley (Bryce), Brooklyn Larson, Skeeter Beus (Rachel), Casey Beus (Shunboa), Brody Beus (Carolyn), Degan Beus, and Riley Beus. She also has 17 great-grandkids (and 1 on the way) who brought her immense joy. Born in Mesa, AZ and raised in Vail, OR, she was the daughter of Israel and Myrtle Barlow and was the youngest of 10 siblings. Sarah lived a life of service to others and dedication to her family. She was the quintessential homemaker who loved to cook delicious meals and goodies for her family, and created a joyful home where all felt welcomed and loved. Sarah was a spunky and caring lady who touched the lives of all who knew her. Totally dedicated to her family in all aspects of their lives, she was a shining example of Christ-Like love. ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends will gather to celebrate Sarah's life on Thursday, March 11th, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 1852 N Stapley Dr., Mesa, AZ 85203. Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m., and funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Mesa Cemetery 1212 N. Center St. Mesa, AZ, immediately following.
