Helen Murrietta

On January 29th. 2021 Our Mother "Helen Frias Murrietta" was given her wings and is now resting peacefully. Helen was 87. A native of Mesa Az. Born on September 20th. 1933. She is predeceased by her loving Husband Ralph Murrietta, son Richard Murrietta (chonene') , Daughter Patricia Shane, and Parents Elena Frias and Jose Lopez. She is survived by her children Ralph Murrietta and wife Gloria, and Daughter Rebecca Murrietta. Our Mother was a proud Nana to 7 grandchildren, Jason Shane and wife Alyssa, Sophia Castaneda, Ralph Murrietta IV (Chino), Nicholas Murrietta, Luis Murrietta, Brittany Carrillo and predeceased by her beautiful Granddaughter Crystal Shane. She was also blessed with 16 Great-grandchildren Isaiah, Patricia, Desiree, Destiny, Aubrey, Lillian, Oliver, Jordan, Caydence, Nicholas Jr., Sabrina, Angelina, Luis Jr, Jazmyn, Mariyuh, and Michael. Helen comes from a large family of 9 children, with one surviving sister Mary Espinosa, and predeceased by siblings, Martina, Eloisa, Pete, Joe, Anita, Manuel and Eddie. Our Mother loved life and her family. Her Faith in God was strong. It showed as she lost so many immediate family members in death before her. She often spoke of the many friends and family who would stop in and say hello and visit. She was a great home-maker, wife, mother, sister, nana, tia and friend to so many.
