Brendan James Vaughn was born April 6, 1987 in Mesa, Arizona and passed away on May 16, 2020. Brendan is survived by a son Tyler Vaughn of Albuquerque, NM, parents Alan & Susan Vaughn, two brothers, Robert & Ryan Vaughn all of Mesa, Arizona. We all deeply love and miss him. He also has 8 nieces and nephews, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him very much. Brendan Vaughn had a confrontation with a truck while riding home on his motorized bike, with failing brakes and no helmet, after visiting with some friends. Unfortunately, Brendan did not make it and Heavenly Father decided it was time for him to come home. One of Brendan's friends stated that Brendan "must have been needed to change the playlist up somewhere more important than here". Brendan was a life-long resident of Mesa, Arizona and went to Mesa High School. To know Brendan, you would know that he loved being outdoors, not your typical outdoors, but one that consisted of riding and doing tricks on a Skateboard or being on a Bicycle. He had a kind heart and loved being around people who really wanted to enjoy life. He loved music but most of all Reggae music and was an avid fan of listening to music and local bands that came to the Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix, Arizona area. During his life he suffered scrapes, broken bones, sore muscles and anything that was associated with riding his Bike, Skateboard, or life itself. That never stopped him from being that wild child and sharing his inner kid with everyone he met! He enjoyed being surrounded by family, whether it was his own family, his Cheba Hut family, or the Reed rats. He had a love for community, creativeness and a zest for life, in general. Brendan was a hard worker and enjoyed what he did in his work environment. Brendan loved his job at Cheba Hut located on Southern Avenue in Mesa, Arizona. That job allowed him to make some awesome friends for life! Cheba Hut is where his heart was. I hope that when all is said and done, Brendan, that your heart finds someone who desires your love and caring for others. May it also be someone who desires your zest for life and your uncontrollable desire to march to the beat of a different drum. May you find peace, listen to all that good Reggae music, and teach your Grandma's how to skateboard and always keep an eye on us while you chill on the other side of the veil. In lieu of Flower's donations can be made to Donate Life or a GoFundMe page to assist the family with help towards his Funeral and Memorial cost's. https://www.donatelife.net/ and https://www.gofundme.com/f/helping-hand-for-brendan-vaughn-leavetheloveup?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link-tip&utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet Events Details are pending.
