Peggy Ann Palmer Richardson (83) passed away peacefully on Saturday, 12 May 2018, surrounded by loved ones. She came into the world on January 6, 1935, born to Preston Wesley Palmer and Pearl Millett. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; two older brothers, Melvin Artimus and Preston Earl; and her younger sister, Jenet. Peggy is survived by her husband, Jorth A. Richardson; children Terrel Jorth (Cathy Johnston), Mark Preston (Shelli Hills), Randy Ray (Jenny Montague), Jana Lynn (Rod Merrill), Darla Ann (Jeff Hansen), Dan A (Monica Moore), and Shauna Pearl (Brian Gleason); 35 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Peggy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Peggy loved family, children, and music. She had a special talent of teaching children, not only through music, but through love and teaching them at their level. Peggy, Mom, and Grandma will be dearly missed by her family. Funeral services will be held on Friday 18 May 2018 at the LDS chapel at 613 N. Stewart at10:00 a.m. with a viewing from 8:30-9:30. Cemetery Details City of Mesa Cemetery 1212 N.
