Clara Mae Trader

Clara Mae Trader, at 91, was the only one living out of a family of 8 2 brothers and 3 sisters. She was born in Summit, AL to James Plez and Allie Jane Barnett, 1924. Clara loved three men and had 4 children. She had 2 boys from her first marriage to Olan Bodine deceased named Richard and Kenneth both sons deceased. She had two girls twins from her second marriage to Donald Garcia deceased named Donna and Lynette Donna is deceased. She had no children from her third marriage to John Trader. 6 grandchildren are: Nicole, Steve, Felicia, Nicholas, Duston, Brittany. 13 great grandchildren are: Elijah, Nick, Krysten, Ashley, Bentley, Samantha, Jayden, Jordan, Brycen, Madelyn, Ezekiel, Evelyn, Eleanor. Clara lived a simple life. She loved to go shopping which always included lunch out. She loved to sit and talk about people. : However, many days were filled with listening to audio bible CD's and watching TBN on TV, as well as, soap operas and talk shows. She was known for loving the show Blue Bloods because most episodes would end with the family sitting down together for Sunday dinner. Clara loved going to church where she was baptized Jan. 2010. She was not educated, but was left a Tavern from her second husband, when he died in 1963 and was a successful bar owner for over 30 years. To those people whom she trusted most and being her "authentic self", Clara assumed the role of a boss. In those times, she was often outspoken, nosey and might even gossip a bit. She rarely if ever let a man tell her what to do and everyone knew she loved her kids first
