Emil L Trimarco

Emil Sonny Trimarco, 76, Mesa, Arizona, passed away on April 12, 2014 at Scottsdale Osborn Hospital. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 26, 1937 to Florence Houha and Emil Trimarco. He grew up in Chicago and Berwyn, Illinois and graduated from Union Free High School in Wilmot, Wisconsin. He was in the Armed Forces 101st Airborne from 1957 until 1960. After the army he was employed and retired from ANR Trucking in Chicago, Illinois. In 1991 Emil and his wife Linda moved to Arizona to live near and be with his beloved Aunt Jo and Uncle George. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Linda. Five sons: Sean, Bobby, Michael, Joey and Larry Trimarco. Four grandchildren: Amy, Bobby, Michael and Jasmine. Sisters: Marie Tvrdik and Arlene Resetar. Emil leaves behind a large group of family and friends that includes aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins from Arizona and Illinois. He also leaves behind his beloved pets Freckles and Shadow. During his life he was very artistic and enjoyed drawing, painting, wood working and crafts which he shared with those he loved. Emil loved and attended his church: Our Lady of the Angels at "The Casa", Franciscan Renewal Center in Scottsdale, AZ where he had been in "The Casa's" Healing Garden just prior to his heart attack a bench in the memory of his Aunt Jo, Uncle George and Emil is being arranged for at "The Casa". In lieu of flowers please make donations in his name to: "The Casa", Our Lady of the Angels at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Drive Scottsdale, AZ 85253. A Memorial Mass will be held for Emil Trimarco at Our Lady of the Angels, Scottsdale, Arizona on Saturday May 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM. A reception will follow immediately in the Serra room at the Piper Hall building on the grounds of the Franciscan Renewal Center. Meldrum Mortuary website has provided Emil's memory book on it's website to share your favorite photo, comment or story about Emil. The family invites you to please share your memories. Tony Souri, Emil's dear friend, is having a Mass for him on Sunday April 27th @ 11:00am, St. John the Baptist Church, 200 East North Avenue, Northlake, Illinois with a luncheon immediately following @ Emil's favorite restaurant.
