Heber Glenn Cook

Heber Glenn Cook of Gilbert, Az. Passed away peacefully March 8 at the age of 72. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was loved by many and enjoyed having fun. Born in Springville, Utah to Heber and Jetta Cook. Moved to Mesa, Az in 1957. He was preceded in death by Dolores Thomas Cook, survived by his loving wife Vyrla Cook; daughters, Stephanie Lofgreen Torry, Vernell Stuart Steve, Cynthia Dunn Brad, Tiffany Franklin Kevin; sons, Michael Taylor Julie, Douglas Julie, Kevin Tracey. 29 Grandchildren, 16 great grand children. Brothers Grant Cook, Payson, Ut, Ron Cook, of Mount Pleasant, Ut, sister Vernell Neilson, Payson, Ut. Retired from Garrett in 1984. He loved music, scouting, automotives and woodworking. Active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Held numerous church callings most loved was scoutmaster and elders quorum president. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Thursday March 11 at the El Dorado building 1451 W. Guadalupe, Gilbert. Funeral services will be held Friday March 12 at 10:00 am at the El Dorado building.
