Dennis Gene Merrill
September 28th, 1966 - April 23rd, 2023
Dennis Merrill was born on September 28, 1966, in Fort Dix, New Jersey. He met his wife of 30 years Jennifer while serving in the United States Army at Fort Hood, Texas. He moved to Florida to be with his family. Dennis enjoyed volunteering as a football coach with the MCYFL football program for 8 years (Sr. Knights) as well as being a volunteer at both Blessed Trinity Catholic Church and Church at the Springs. He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Joan Merrill. Dennis is survived by his wife Jennifer Merrill, son Zachary (Becca) Merrill, brother Gary (Sandy) Merrill and their children (Shaunn, Evyn, Kaila), sisters Diane (Luz) Merrill and Gayle Merrill. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Veterans of Foreign Wars 4805 NE 36th Avenue Ocala, Florida 34479
