Judy Meyer

THE VILLAGES, FL – Judy Meyer, 80, passed from this life Tuesday, May 12, 2020. Born in Brookville, IN she was the daughter of the late Edward and Norma (Bernhart) Bath. She was raised in Brookville, IN and lived for a time in the historic Valley House Hotel which her family owned. Judy was a loving and dedicated wife and mother. Her family was the most important part of her life. She married her husband William fifty-seven years ago and raised two loving children. Following her husband in his work, she resided in Puerto Rico for a few years. She and her husband William moved to The Villages from Indiana in 1995. Judy enjoyed listening to country music, golfing, shopping, traveling and the beach. Siesta Key being her favorite. She was an avid Indianapolis Colts and Indiana University football and basketball fan. Judy was a member of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church. Besides her parents, Judy was predeceased by her siblings, Thomas Bath, Alicia Higgs and Ethel Westerfield. Judy leaves behind her beloved husband, William A. Meyer, her children David Meyer of Greenwood, IN, Ann Meyer of Lady Lake, FL as well as her beloved grand dog Piglet. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, the American Cancer Society and or Vitas Hospice Care. Services for Judy will be held at a later date.
