Thomas McCormick, 74, passed from this life Sunday, August 2, 2020. Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary Edna (White) McCormick. Thomas was an Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict serving from 1965 –1967. Thomas was a successful real estate agent. He owned and operated a Century 21 franchise in Melrose, FL for a number of years before retiring in 2007. He and his beloved wife Geraldine have resided in The Villages since 2005. He was an avid golfer. Thomas leaves his beloved wife of 50 years, Geraldine R. (Heyn) McCormick; three sons; Frank Heaton, Thomas H. Heaton and Skip McCormick and his wife Crystal); sisters; Patricia Summy, Sandra Calacino and a brother, Denny McCormick; (5) grandchildren; Julie, Herbie, Riley, Taylor, Piper and (6) great grandchildren.
