Howard Edward Zucker
November 15th, 1937 - July 4th, 2018
THE VILLAGES – Dr. Howard E. Zucker, 80, passed on July 4th. Originally from Long Island, NY he and his wife Marcia enjoyed many years in Weaverville, NC before making The Villages home. Howard graduated from Hofstra University and the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and built a successful career practicing podiatry. He also proudly served his country as a Doctor in the Air Force. His many pursuits included a love of boating, motorcycles, flying planes, stained glass artwork and woodworking. He is survived by his loving wife Marcia; children Jason (Rhonda) Zucker, Justin (Anna) Zucker, Jessica (Michael) Hansman, Shawn (Beth) Milsaps, Shane (Connie) Milsaps; grandchildren Ruby, Matylda, Tyler, Ryan, Megan and his spunky dog Elvis. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral & Cremation Life Event Center 3975 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 12 Noon.
