Cynthia Lynn Dixon

Cynthia Dixon was born to Georgiana and James McCollum on July 3, 1969 in Kirksville, Missouri. She sadly left this world on the morning of Saturday, December 17, 2022. Cynthia was a dedicated employee at the Satellite Hotel for twenty-seven years. She was raised in San Francisco, California and became a die hard 49ers fan, and had the most amazing sense of humor. Cynthia was a beloved and beyond loving mother, grandmother, friend, and sister who worked hard for her family and dedicated her life to her children and many grandchildren. The love for her family is what pushed her, daily, to do and be better. All of her grandchildren were loved unconditionally, and she never missed an opportunity to make her love known to them. She was greeted in heaven by her parents; her best friend, BJ; three siblings; a nephew; and a great-granddaughter. Cynthia is survived by her brother and six sisters; her children, Elizabeth Lemuel, Eric Dean, Barron McCollum, D'Angelo Johnson, Monique Johnson, and Tanisha Johnson, all with their significant others; her twenty granddaughters; ten grandsons; and two great-granddaughters. She will truly be missed by all. The family has received a large amount of love and support from their communities.
