Joseph Eusebio Cruz, Jr.

Joseph E. Cruz was born on February 28, 1943, in San Luis, Colorado and passed away peacefully on November 22, 2021, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. "Joe" was survived by his children, Josiah (Jackie) Cruz, and Javier (Andrea) Cruz; along with seven grandchildren, Essence, DeAnjelo, Javier Jr., Nayelli, Aveya, Jedidiah, and Ezra; Niece, Angie (Jim) Baca.Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Sr. and Terry Cruz; siblings Johnny, Jerry and Georgia. Joe was a passionate family man who loved spending time with his sons, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close friends. He enjoyed fishing, working on lowriders, repairing watches and lawnmowers that he'd later sell at the flea market or garage sales. Joe also enjoyed listening to gospel music, attend church services and fellowshipping with others. Joe had a memorable personality that was full of life and laughs. He would regularly say one of his witty mottos that always left a smile on each of his loved ones faces. His smile, hugs, late night phone calls and presence will forever be cherished and missed.
