She served in the United States Air Force.She is preceded in death by her husband, James Lynn Bowman; and her parents, Howard and Lucille Silliman.Judith is survived by her son, Christopher Bowman; her daughter, Kristi Elizabeth (Chris) Fuller of Springs, Texas; her brother, Jeff (Connie) Silliman of Millcreek, Utah; and her sister, Karen Smith of Green River, Utah.
