Julian "Buck" Greene

WINTER HAVEN - Julian "Buck" Greene, 69, of Winter Haven passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012at the Life Care Center of Winter Haven due to cancer. Born Feb. 2, 1943 in Winter Haven he has been a lifelong resident of the area. He was a carpenter and was of the Baptist Faith. Preceded in death by: his parents, Julian and Thelma Greene; a sister, Judy Pewitt; and 2 brothers, Chuck and Keven Greene. Buck is survived by: 2 sons, Kevyn Greene of Lakeland, FL and Greg Greene of Bartow, FL; a daughter, Sherri Bagent of Lakeland, FL; a brother, Ben Greene of Winter Haven, FL; 2 sisters, Kitty Greene of Auburndale, FL and Miki Rutledge of Winter Haven, FL; 9 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm until 3:00pm, Sunday, April 22, 2012 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. A memorial service will begin at 3:00pm in the Funeral Home Care Chapel. The family would like to make a special thanks to Brenda Gomez and the caring staff of the Life Care Center of Winter Haven and Cornerstone Hospice.
