WAHNETA - Jeanette Farmer, 72, of Wahneta died Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale due to heart failure. Born July 26, 1939 in Coffee County, Alabama to James and Myrtis Parrish Stinson she moved here in 1950 from Alabama. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, Levi Brabson Farmer in 1998. Jeanette is survived by: 3 sons, Billy Farmer, Dale Farmer and his wife Linda, and David Farmer and his wife Missy, all of Wahneta ; a daughter, Penny Farmer of Wahneta; 2 sisters, Helen O'Neal and Diane Winchester both of Winter Haven; 7 grandchildren, Brock, Ashley, Bubba, Cory, Brittany, Lakin and Matthew; and 4 great-grandchildren, Levi, Kaiden, Brantley and Kinley; and a large extended family that will miss her dearly. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until 11:00am, Friday, June 29, 2012 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Eagle Lake Church of Christ Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations in her memory to Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, FL.
