A native of Pontiac, MI, born August 11, 1971 to Thomas and Margaret Chavis, Darla moved here 9 years ago from Clarkston, MI. She was an Associate at the Wal-Mart in Auburndale. She enjoyed gaming and cross-stitching. Darla is survived by her mother & step-father: Margaret & James Ivey of Quemeno, KS, her brother: DeWayne Chavis of Clarkston, MI; and her sisters: Vicky Gonzales of Winter Haven, Debra Chavis of Lakeland, Wanda Lee Boos of Clarkston, MI, and Stacy Kay Drake of Davisburg, MI Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 - 2 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.
