April 29th, 1922 - December 22nd, 2012
Dr. Thomas White, 90, of Haines City, FL passed away on 12/22/12 of a heart attack. He was born in Homestead, FL and entered the Air Force in 1940 being stationed in the New Guinea Jungle where he flew some 63 missions against the Japanese. Tom retired as a Lt. Colonel after spending 26 years in the Air Force serving as both a pilot and a Judge Advocate. After retirement he moved back to FL in 1967 and continued his law practice. He is survived by his wife, of 70 years, Roberta White; daughter, Judy Bowman of Clovis, CA; brother, Charles White of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Jalee, Heather & Melanie; great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Corinne & Bree and great-great grandchildren, Nickalous & Calee. A memorial service will be Saturday, 1/12/13 at 1:00 pm at NorthRidge Church, Haines City with a committal service Monday, 1/14/13 at 12:30 pm at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
