Marion A. Peterson of Polk City, FL, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 at Spring Lake Rehab. Center in Winter Haven. She was 81. A native of Morris, New York, born February 13, 1932 to Lynn and Laura Aplin Harris, Marion moved here in 1976 from Morris. She was a Homemaker, and a Lutheran. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her daughters: Janet Pringle of Winter Haven; Leslie Mirabito (Vincent) of Norwich, NY, Karen Shafer (Gary) of Goose Creek, SC; Her son: Chris Peterson (Pam) of Polk City, FL, and her brother: Lynn Harris of Lake Charles, LA. Marion also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
