James Olin Pruitt, 78, of Eagle Lake, Fl passed away on Monday, December 30, 2013 at Brandywyne Health Care due to heart failure. Born August 22, 1935 in Hartwell, GA He has lived here most of his life. He was a Machine Technician for The Coca Cola Company, a Seventh Day Adventist, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He is survived by: a son, James Adams of Demopolis, AL; 2 sisters, Vera Rucker of Eagle Lake and Lyndia Joyce Fincke of Chapel Hill, NC; 2 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9:00am until 10:00am, Saturday, January 4, 2013 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Lone Oak Cemetery in Leesburg, FL. Condolences may be sent at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com
