He loved fishing, guitar, camping, and dogs.He is preceded in death by his father, Gary Lee Greathouse.Lee is survived by his wife, Donna Marie Greathouse; two stepdaughters, Ezra Lynn Russell and Kirsten Marie Russell; his stepson, Gage Lee Russell; his mother, Jacquelyn Sue Greathouse; and his brother, Kyle Greathouse.
