Timothy J. Swindell, 56, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on January 17, 2018. He was born on March 18, 1961 in Anderson, Indiana and moved to Winter Haven 2 years ago from Lake Alfred, FL. Tim was a real estate broker as well as a hard working man, a wonderful Christian who loved the Lord and an active member of Landmark Baptist Church. Some of his interests included traveling, camping and skiing, he will always be remembered as a loving son and father. He is survived by his mother, Rose M. (Ross) Laidlaw; father, Norman G. Swindell; daughter, Hannah Swindell; stepdaughter, Yuka Moribe; brother, Greg (Robin) Swindell; sister, Melissa Swindell; uncle, Bob (Donna) Medlin; Aunt, Nina Stewart; nephews, Jason Swindell, Chad Swindell; niece, Kristen Rynkowsky, and their children, and cousins, Amy (Will) Gailey, Brian (Kathy) Medlin, Katha Weird and Karen Kuklenski. A visitation will be Monday from 10:30 AM until the funeral at 11 am at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City.
