Edward "Eddie" D. Hall
November 21st, 1944 - July 6th, 2018
Eddie was a resident of Davenport, FL. and entered into heaven to be with his Lord on July 6, 2018 at the young age of 73. Eddie was born November 21, 1944 in Bedford, Indiana. He was the son of Otis W. and Mary Elizabeth (Miles) Hall, the ninth and last born child. Eddie served in the United States Marine Corp, on the USS Kitty Hawk in Vietnam for 4 yrs, during which he suffered a head injury while heroically serving his Country and spent 3 months and 28 days recovering at Camp Pendleton, CA. Eddie was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans - Broken Arrow Lodge 68, and a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church in Davenport, FL. Mr. Hall is survived by his wife of 37 years, Bonnie (Flora) Hall, Daughters; Alyssa D. Hall (Rodney) of Gardner, KS; Teresa L. Mason (Dan) of Seattle, WA; Sara L. Gore (Jerry) of Pasco, WA, and sons; Wayne L. Gore of Dolan Spring, AZ and David L. Gore of Richland, WA; two brothers, Charles Owens of Claremore, Oklahoma, and Bill Owens of Dewey, Arizona, 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Eddie is also survived by his two Chihuahua service dogs, Chico and Poncho. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, a stepmother (Myrtle Hall); and four brothers (Infant Hall, Ronnie Hall, Gerald Hall and William R. Hall), four sisters (Martha Hall, Kay Terry McGinnis, Mildred Tirey, and Lois Wroble) and one grandson, Brandon S. Bjorgo. Eddie loved spending time with his family and many friends, as well as travelling throughout the United States in his RV visiting monuments and building friendships with other fellow campers. Services will be held at the Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, Florida on July 8, 2018 from 3-4 PM (viewing from 2-3 PM) and Military services will be held at Riverview Heights Cemetery in Kennewick, Washington on July 12, 2018 at 2PM, where Mr. Hall will be laid to rest.
