Carmen Quinones Soto, 73, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018 at Florida Hospital in Celebration. Born December 4, 1944 in Guanica, Puerto Rico she moved here in 2010. She is survived by: a son, Irving Pacheco of Philadelphia, PA; a daughter, Carmen Pacheco of Winter Haven, FL; seven brothers, Carlos, Santos, Hector, Ivan, Jose, and Richard Quinones all of Puerto Rico; two sisters, Ada and Sonia Quinones of Puerto Rico; and three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Friday, August 17, 2018 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Condolences may be sent at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com
