LT. COL. (RET.) RALPH M. FALKNER WINTER HAVEN - On Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, Ralph Falkner, husband, father and brother passed away at the age of 90. Born in Sarver, PA, Ralph attended Freeport Public High School. After graduating from the University of Miami, he joined the USAF where he became a pilot for 21 years, serving in SE Asia and obtained the rank of Lt. Col. Ralph continued his love of flying and spent 27 years with Commercial Carrier Corporation. Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia, of 54 years and his oldest son Stanley. He is survived by his sister Lucy, sons Steven and Keith, grandchildren Jason and Kimberly and 4 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Dec. 8th at 2 p.m. at the Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven. In lieu of flowers, please make any memorial donations in memory of Ralph to Good Shepherd Hospice.
