Debra Ann Kurz, 67, of Lakeland, FL passed away on August 15, 2020 and Lakeland Regional Health. Born October 16, 1952 in New York, New York , Debra lived in Queens, New York, all of her life, before moving to Florida in 2005. She is survived by her sister, Diane, her brother, Michael, her niece, Jennifer, and great nieces, Mia and Adara, nephew, Joseph, June, and great nephew, Anthony. Debbie is also survived by her guardians, Peggy and Nicki, and her companions, Jessica, Nora and Lanette, as well as many other caring friends and acquaintances that she met along life’s journey. The family wishes to thank the staff at Lakeland Regional Hospital and Lakeland ALF for the wonderful care they provided to Debbie.
