Robert Allen McCaslin

Robert Allen McCaslin of Winter Haven, FL passed away on January 25, 2022. he was 77. Robert was born on August 11, 1944 in Gibson County, TN and in 2013 Robert moved from McKenzie, TN to Winter Haven FL. He was employed and retired from Milan Ammunitions in Milan, TN and also owned and operated McCaslin’s Auto Sales in McKenzie, TN. Robert was a member of First Baptist Church of Lucerne Park in Winter Haven, FL and previously was a long time member of Grace Baptist Church in McKenzie, TN. He loved watching his grandchildren play ball, as well as his beloved UT football team and spent many hours enjoying his woodworking. He was predeceased by his parents, Homer McCaslin and Ruby and Stephen Burrows. Also predeceased by his 1st wife, Shelba Higdon McCaslin in 2007 with whom he had sons with, Derrick (Sabrina) McCaslin and their children, Zayden and Caley McCaslin, as well as Patrick McCaslin and his son Lute McCaslin all of McKenzie, TN. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Ruth Harris of Atwood, TN. In 2008, Robert married Wanda Baty McCaslin with 2 sons. Predeceased by John Thomas Baty of New Johnsonville, TN in 2012 and survived by John Thomas’s 2 sons, Robbie Baty and Jackson Baty of New Johnsonville, TN. J. David (Ruth Ann) Baty and their daughter, Audrey Lee Baty (Warner) Chavez and their son, Lux Chavez of McEwen, TN. J. David’s daughter, Lilly Baty (Billy) Ummel and their son, Billy Lane Ummel of Fort Campbell, KY and J. David’s daughter, Celia Baty McEwen, of TN.
