Norman Washington Williams, 69, passed away on December 10, 2023. He was born to Simeon and Beatrice Williams on December 14, 1953 in Jamaica. Norman is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Jasmine Williams; daughters, Chovanne Williams (Garfield), Lavina Williams; sons, Norman Warren Williams, Darion Williams (Kemmie); stepson, Bryan Richards; sisters, Merle and Dornette; 11 grandchildren. He was an avid soccer and cricket fan and loved working on cars. A visitation will be held on January 6, 2024 from 9-10 with a service following at 10. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
