Ronnie Moore

The children and family of Ronnie Moore celebrate his life. He was born January 16, 1956 in Hazlehurst, (Jeff Davis County) Georgia. Ronnie was born to the parentage of the late Worthy Moore, Sr. and Arlee Reynolds Moore. In 1972, Ronnie married Jacqueline Davis and to that union seven beautiful children were welcomed. He lived most of his adult life in Baxley, Georgia. He relocated to live in Winter Haven, Florida with his daughter in 2016. Ronnie worked alongside his dad in the janitorial industry until he began his own business, “Ronnie’s Janitorial Service. Regardless of his success, he was always thinking of his next business plan or venture. Additionally, Ronnie was a humble man. It didn’t matter what anyone said to him or how they treated him, he was still loving. He would always smile and say, “I ain’t worried about them, God gonna get them.” He was also an enthusiastic fisherman, and loved to dress. He always made sure his jeans were starched with a cowboy crease. After an extended illness, Ronnie moved to Winter Haven, Florida where he lived with and was cared for by his daughter Cayonna and her husband until his passing. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father Worthy Moore, Sr. and one brother Roy (Sabrina) Moore. Ronnie leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother Arlee Reynolds Moore of Baxley, Georgia; four sons: Patrick (Ashley) Davis and Ronnie Antonio Moore of Hinesville, Georgia; Carlos D. Moore and Terrance (Joanna) Moore of Winter Haven, Florida; three daughters: Cayonna ( Christopher) Strooder; Angela S. (Craig) Kimble; and Nakesha S. (Daniel) Myers of Winter Haven, Florida; four brothers: Gerry (Elaine) Moore and Kim(Shana) Moore of Baxley, Georgia; Terry (Michelle) Moore of Guyton, Georgia and Worthy Moore, Jr. of Douglas, Georgia; three sisters Lucy Moore White of Pooler, Georgia; April Sanders of Baxley, Georgia and Tameka Moore of Douglas, Georgia; and a host of grands, great grands, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 6:00pm, Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Boulevard, Winter Haven, FL 33881. The family expresses thanks for every act of love and expression of sympathy shown to them during this time. May God continue to bless you.
