Kenneth Overstreet Sr.

Kenneth Overstreet Sr., 88, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away on September 15, 2023. Born in Fayette, Missouri to Lance and Ethel Overstreet. Kenneth moved to Florida in 1957 . Kenneth enjoyed doing mission trips, he was great with his hands and could build anything he put his mind to. He loved doing yard work, the beach and the mountains, especially in Waynesville, North Carolina. Kenneth was an extraordinary baker, and everyone enjoyed his butternut cakes they would be lined up to get one of them. Kenneth was a wonderful family man, and he loved the Lord very much. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Lance and Ethel Overstreet; brothers, Jesse Overstreet, Ruben Overstreet, Lance “Buddy” Overstreet; sisters, Josephine Johnson, Helen Gibbs Lucille Allen, and Vivian Street. He is survived by his loving bride Denise; sons, Kenneth Overstreet Jr. (Del M), Tracy Overstreet (Terri), Joseph Everett; daughters, Melanie Everett, Jacqueline Overstreet Gilbert (Jeremy); sisters, Mary Rohlfing, Martha Smith, Sara Bratton, Betty DeYoung; grandchildren, Jonathan Overstreet, Lance Overstreet, Eric Overstreet, Tyler Overstreet, Tiffany Roberts, Zachary Overstreet, Trevor Overstreet, Jacob Gilbert, Jaxson Gilbert; great grandchildren, Ava Overstreet, Remington Overstreet, Lira Roberts, Rhett Overstreet, Claire Overstreet, Dallas Roberts, Ella Overstreet, Carter Overstreet, Nora Overstreet, Luke Overstreet, Lincoln Overstreet. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
