Christopher Lee Parr

On Sunday, June 23, 2019, Christopher"Chris"Lee Parr, loving husband and fatherof four children, passed away in his home at the age of 41.Chris, a lifelong resident of Colorado,was born on August 17, 1977 in Pueblo, Colorado to Robert and Angela (DiLuzio) Parr.Hegraduatedfrom Pueblo South High School in 1996 andreceived his degreein Civil Engineeringfrom the University of Southern Colorado in 2001.Chris met Jodie,the love of his life,in 2000 andthey would have celebrated 15 years of marriageonJuly4thof this year.Together, through hard work and tenacity,heand his wife created their business, Parr Engineering and Consulting, Inc. where Chris led a team ofengineers, supporting the needs of the Colorado Springs and Monument areas for 13 years. Apart from managing his company, Chris was an esteemed member of the motocross racing community, where he developed cherished friendships.Described as friendly and outgoing, he cared deeply for his family and friends. He was a greatguy;whose life shined a bright light in the lives of everyone he met; always donning his catching smile which lifted everyone's spirit. His love for adventure naturally extended to his children's lives, where he cherished his role as a father.
