Harriet Marilyn Jordan

Harriet Marilyn (Jones) Jordan, 92, died April 4, 2019 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born May 25, 1926 to Harry W. and Rubye (McMichael) Jones in North Platte, Nebraska.Harriet was a payroll bookkeeper for Kaiser Steel. She married Edward R. Jordan on February 24, 1946 in North Platte. Harriet moved to Los Angeles, California in 1946, and then to Northern California in 1958. She then traveled to Loveland, Colorado in 1980 before settling in Colorado Springs in 2010. Harriet enjoyed golfing with her husband and traveling. She was always a very content person and never complained about anything. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Jordan in 2012; her parents, Harry and Rubye Jones; and her sister, Marilyn Woodard.Harriet is survived by her daughter, Carrie (Andrew) Berry; her grandson, Tyler Berry; and her two granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Sarah Berry.Graveside Service, 1:15PM, Thursday, April 18, 2019, Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80236.Celebration of Life, 2:30PM-3:30PM, Friday, April 19, 2019, Winslow Court Retirement Community, 3920 East San Miguel Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
