Conrad L. Fields, 84, born January 14, 1934 to Oris and Cleota Fields in Olney, Illinois and passed on October 24, 2018 at Good Shepard Hospice House in Auburndale, Florida. Conrad is survived by his wife: Tommi Fields of Winter Haven, Florida, daughter: Sandra Roberds (Clyde) of Auburndale, Florida, son: Ronald Fields of Winter Haven, Florida, brothers: Mike and Gary Bales of Hammond, Indiana, granddaughters: Kelsey and Kyle Sample and great granddaughter: Gracie Sample. He is preceded in death by his late wife Virginia Fields. A memorial service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Winter Haven on Saturday 27, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.
