Alan L. Copeland, 67, born December 18, 1950 to Donald and Lorraine Copeland in Taunton, Massachusetts and passed away on October 31, 2018 in Winter Haven, Florida. Alan is survived by his wife Nancy Copeland, three sisters: Sandra Baughn, Joan Barr (Sumner), Donna DiManno, brother Donald "Brad" (Roxanne) Copeland and finally many nieces and nephews. He was a volunteer Fire Fighter and volunteer chief at Cypress Gardens volunteer Fire Department and was one of the first registered EMT's in Massachusetts. In Lieu of Flowers the family is requesting that you donate to the Alan Copeland memorial scholarship at Ridge Vo-Tech Firefighter School. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 visitation first at 2:00 p.m. and service to follow at 3:00 p.m. At Steele's Family Funeral Services 207 Burns Lane, Winter Haven, FL 33884.
