Patricia "Pat" Ann Willson

Patricia "Pat" Ann Willson beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and child of our Heavenly Father went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on November 7, 2018.Pat was born August 19, 1946 in Grand Junction, Colorado. She was adopted in 1955 by Arthur and Signe Hanson of Holyoke, Colorado. She graduated high school in Holyoke in 1965 and studied for a year at Nebraska Christian College in Norfolk, Nebraska. She met and married the love of her life and lifetime partner, Richard Lynn Willson. They were married May 28, 1967 and celebrated 51 years together in May of 2018. They were blessed with three children; Shawn Michael, Bryan Lynn and Sherry Lee. Pat was a military wife working to support her husband and family during many assignments and separations.Pat loved the word of God, especially prophecy. She spent many hours reading and underlining verses that had special meaning to her. Pat was an accomplished piano player and supported singing groups at Nebraska Christian College, worship services and choir directors at Calvary Christian Church in Bellevue, Nebraska and Falcon Christian Church in Falcon, Colorado.The prayers and support of family and friends is so deeply appreciated."Early in our life together I did not realize what I had. She was indeed a beautiful woman. She suffered through many trials and illness with a strength I would not have been able to. If anyone deserves the peace of heaven, it would be my wife. No more hurts sweetheart. God blessed us with a marriage that had to have been made in heaven." - Rich She was preceded in death by her son, Shawn Michael; and her parents.Pat is survived by her husband, Richard; son, Bryan; daughter, Sherry (Matt) Settle, and two beautiful grandchildren, Kaylee and Simon Settle; brother, William "Bill" (Linda) Hanson.
