Suzy McLatchie

Suzy McLatchie, age 68, died peacefully on Friday, July 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend.She was born on September 23, 1948 in Colorado Springs to George Forrest and Agnes Cleese Paulsen. She grew up in Colorado Springs and was a 1966 graduate of Wasson High School. She married the love of her life, Steve McLatchie on May 9, 1975 at First United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs. She raised her family and was a wonderful homemaker.She is survived by her husband; Steve, her mother; Agnes Paulsen of Colorado Springs, her children; Rick (Shelley) McLatchie of Eaton, Colorado, Melissa (Rick) Bubacz, Michelle (Paul) Dunn, and Doug (Katrina) McLatchie, all of Colorado Springs.Suzy is also survived by her brothers; James Forrest Paulsen of Westminster, Colorado, and Steven (Debbie) Paulsen of Muscatine, Iowa. She also has one sister; Janet Kerr (Howard Black) of Colorado Springs. Also surviving are her nine grandchildren.Memorial service, 10:00AM, Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
