Jean Paul Brosset

Jean Paul Brosset, age 49, died at home on December 9, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado after suffering for years from a spinal cord injury.He was a loving husband, father, son, son-in-law and brother. He was also a plastic injection molding specialist and a veteran of the United States Army.Jean Paul Brosset was born on August 14, 1967 in El Paso, Texas to Lt. Colonel Lester and Mary Margaret "Mardie" (Wailes) Brosset, US Army (Ret.) of Shreveport, Louisiana and formerly of Colorado Springs. He graduated from Huntington High School in Shreveport and was later stationed at Fort Carson. He is survived by his beloved wife, Michelle Garrard Brosset; his daughters, Kristina Brosset and Jennifer Brosset; his parents, Lester and Mardie Brosset; and his brother, Randy Brosset. He also leaves his sister, Michele Brosset and his nephews, Austin and Joey; his in-laws, Amy and Ricky Garrard; his brother-in-law, Michael (Andrea) Garrard and his niece, Sadie; close family friend, Janice Girdley; and many other family members and dear friends.Jean loved the outdoors. He enjoyed bass fishing, hunting and the Colorado mountains. He was a huge fan of the Denver Broncos. Jean was a great father who loved spending time with his daughters. He also had a lot of fun riding four wheelers with his wife.
