William Albert Spangler, 89, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away May 20, 2024 at Winter Haven Hospital Winter Haven, Florida. He was born on May 23, 1934 in Peterstown, West Virginia to Phillip and Ive Louise Spangler
William is survived by: son Steve (Janice) Spangler, son Scott (Caroline) Spangler, daughter Tammy (Gregg) Smith, son Danny Spangler, son Billy Joe Spangler, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and sister Betty Lou Purdue.
He was preceded in death by: both of his parents and wife Margaret Spangler.
The family will receive friends at Winter Haven Baptist Church on May 28, 2024 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Funeral services will follow starting at 10:00 am with Pastor Mark Hodges officiating. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery .
In lieu of flowers if you'd like to place a donation in William's name to Winter Haven Baptist Church for Missionary Erwin Santoso.
