Sandra Ann Flores

Sandra Flores went to be with the Lord on September 9, 2015. She was born on February 6, 1947 to Sam & Catherine Pylypczuk in Calhan, Colorado. Both her parents and a baby sister preceded her in death.Sandy married Rick Flores on December 17, 1972 at First Lutheran Church. She was a devoted wife who loved her family, her church, the outdoors, family gatherings and traveling. Two missionary trips to Ukraine with Rick were highlights of her life. They had a wonderful life together traveling to many places and countries of the world: Europe, Mexico and Canada. She retired after many years of secretarial work in March 2004. She was a devoted member of First Lutheran Church since her marriage in 1972.She is survived by her loving husband Rick; her loving children Tim (Dani) Flores of Tooele, UT; Terry Flores of Colorado Springs; Jeff (Carrie) Norwood of Peyton; and Julie (Jeff) Zehrung of Fenton, Missouri; her brothers Mike (Vicki) Pylypczuk of Fountain; Sam (Mary) Pylypczuk; David (Donna) Pylypczuk and Ed Pylypczuk of Colorado Springs. Also several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.Memorial Service, 2:00PM, Friday, September 18, 2015 at First Lutheran Church, 1515 N. Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
