Mary Loretta was born to E.F Newell & Laura Elizabeth McCrainey on July 2, 1940 in Fayetteville, NC. She died on February 6, 2013 in Colorado Springs, CO.She is survived by her beloved husband David. They would have celebrated their twenty-fifth anniversary on February 14. Also surviving is her sister, Betty Jean Simpson, children; Kathleen (Pat) Winters, David (Michelle) Eckman, & Daniel (Karie) Eckman, one granddaughter and one great-grandson.She worked in the medical field most of her career, she was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Beta Sigma Phi. During her free time she enjoyed square dancing, oil & china painting, needlework and crafts.A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, February 16, 2013 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E.
