Linda Mae Thompson

Linda Mae Thompson, 69, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away on May 13, 2023. She was born to parents Lucille and Raymond Thompson on August 5, 1953 in Ontario, California. Linda’s hobbies included gardening, quilting, and cross stitching. When she wasn’t filling her home with plants and family photos, she could be found thrifting, hiking, and enjoying outdoor concerts with friends. As her health declined, she often repeated: "When I die, I'd like to come back as a bird." Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Lucille and Raymond Thompson; and her grandmother, Hazel Eutsler. She is survived by her children, Rhonda (Robert McDonald) Rivera, and Adam (Angie) Work; grandchildren, Nicole and Nathan (Jade) Work; great-granddaughter, Rylee Work; sisters, Louella Acuna and Loretta Thompson; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.
