Ruby Bell, age 97, of Nokomis, FL, passed away on September 25, 2021. She was born in Phoneton, Ohio on March 12, 1924.Ruby was an active member of NOVEL Unit 159 American Legion Auxiliary in Venice where she held the office of President and also held many offices at the National level, including National President. A visitation will be held at Farley Funeral Home in Venice on Tuesday, October 5th from 10-11 AM with burial to follow at Jesse Knight Cemetery in Nokomis. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to NOVEL Unit 159 American Legion Auxiliary for the benefit of Children and Youth.
