James E. Eggeling, 73, of North Port, Fl and formerly of Pottstown, PA passed away on February 4, 2021. He was born on January 1, 1948 to the parents of John and Emma Eggeling in Phoenixville, PA. He spent his working career for the company, The Water Guy for 42 years. He had many organizations that he was a part of including German Club in Pottstown, PA, Valley Forge Fire Company in Valley Forge, PA, Gilbertsville Fire Company in Gilbertsville, PA, Friendship Fire Company in Royers Ford, PA, American Legion in Phoenixville, PA, and the West End Fire Company in Phoenixville, PA. He is survived by his wife, Gail L. (Thomas) Eggeling of North Port, FL; one son, James ""Jimmy"" Eggeling of Flourtown, PA; one grandson; three siblings, Penny, Debbie, and Larry all of PA; two stepdaughters, Deborah (Lonnie) Hillegass of North Port, FL, and Tracy Amaral (Donald Loman) of Reidsville, NC; grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents; one brother, William ""Bill"" Eggeling; and one stepson, Peter T. Borzumati, Sr. Services are private. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is in charge of arrangements.
