Charles "Larry" Sullivan

Charles ""Larry"" Sullivan, age 84, of Venice, FL, passed away on September 3, 2018. He was born to Dennis and Norma Sullivan on September 23, 1933 in Chicago, IL and came to Venice in 1992 from Birmingham, MI. Larry was a distribution manager for Amoco Oil for 40 years, retiring in 1992. He was a proud veteran of the US Army. Larry enjoyed time with his family and wife, Dolores, who preceded him in death. He was also active as a manager and coaching hockey teams, fishing and fly fishing, baseball and photography. Family members include his son Michael Sullivan of Venice; daughter Kathleen Schuett and her husband Mark, their daughter Krista and her husband Justin Ritchie, and great grandsons Kingston and Orion Ritchie, all of Venice; and son Sean Sullivan, his wife Kimberly and their daughters Hannah and Madeline of Venice. Visitation will be at Farley Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 25th from 4-7 pm with a Mass of Christian Burial at Epiphany Cathedral on Wednesday, September 26th at 10 am. In lieu of flowers memorial donations should be directed to TideWell Hospice or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
