She loved teaching children to sing, dance and play musical instruments. Fern and Glenn had two children, Kristi and Kathy, to round out their family. She loved spending her time on the family farm, raising horses and cattle, spending summers at ""camp"" outside of Marquette, MI, RVing around America; and visiting relatives in Michigan, Washington and Alaska. Upon Glenn's death in 1994, Fern later married Charles B. Wynne in 1999 and spent 15 happy years traveling to Hawaii, Tennessee and Georgia. Charles died in 2014.
