Edward Thomas Sadowski, 84, of Nokomis, FL passed away on December 24, 2017. Edward was born on June 2, 1933 in Jersey City, NJ to Edward F. and Stashia Sadowski. He was predeceased by his beloved Rose on March 26, 2016. They enjoyed 63 years of marriage. He leaves behind two sons, Edward John (Nancy) and Thomas Edward (Lynn). He leaves behind 3 grandchildren, Cheryl, Nicole and Grace, as well as two great grand-children, Rebecca and Alexandra. In 1957 he bought his first business, Sadowski Shell. He resided in Bergen County, New Jersey while raising his family. Edward had an entrepreneurial spirit and pursued various business ventures during his lifetime. As the years went on, he also enjoyed life in the Jersey Shore, the Adirondacks and Florida. Edward served in the US Air Force from 1952-1955. He enjoyed boating, and travel. He had a good run. Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Florida is handling the arrangements.
