Schuster, Harry M. age 93, born in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph and Sophie Schuster. Currently of Lake Suzy, FL and formerly of Vineland, NJ, passed away June 3, 2016 surrounded by his family. Survived by his wife of 69 years, Barbara; three sons & three daughter in laws; Allan & Sharon Schuster, Larry & Theresa Schuster, and Jack & Ramona Schuster; grandsons; Jesse Schuster and Jonathan Rawski, granddaughters Ajani Hoffert and Rebecca Schuster, and his only great grandson; Leo Hoffert. Preceded in death by his sister & brother in law Bessie and Max Dubno and his parents Joseph and Sophie. Harry was proud to have served for three years in World War II in the Army Air Corp as an airplane engine mechanic and honorably separated in 1946 through Fort Dix, New Jersey. Harry received the American Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and World War II Victory Medals. Immediately following military service, Harry went to work for an aviation startup company in southern New Jersey, Airwork Corporation. Harry retired in 1984 after 38 years of loyal & dedicated service from the Airwork Corporation, Millville, NJ as an Aircraft Test Engineer. In 1953, Harry was recognized for heroism by the Carnegie Hero Fund Commission for helping rescue a downed pilot from the crashed burning wreckage. Harry was very active in the Jewish War Veterans Post 601; rising to ""Commander"" of the post based in Vineland, NJ. Since his retirement to southwest Florida, Harry was a very active participant in the Beth El Synagogue, North Port.
