John Milton Fitzgerald, age 83, of Venice, FL, died on March 23, 2016. He was born on September 3, 1932 in Gloucester, MA and came to Nokomis from there in 2007. Surviving family members include his wife, Sally, of Nokomis; daughters Christina Fitzgerald of Nokomis and Susan Fitzgerald Henderson (John) of Redbank, NJ; son John B. Fitzgerald of Tinton Falls, NJ; brother Jeremiah Fitzgerald (Joan) of Rutland, MA; grandchildren Elizabeth and Catherine Henderson of Redbank, NJ; and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to gather at the Bay Lake Estates Clubhouse in Nokomis on Monday, March 28th at 5 PM. Inurnment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Gloucester at a later date.
