Patricia H. Johnson, 84, of North Port passed away December 2, 2015 suddenly. Patricia was very active in the Amvets Post 312, formerly serving as their First Vice President. She also loved to play Bingo. Preceded in death by her loving husband Leo in 2006, Patricia is survived by her daughters JoAnne (Jon) Baumann of North Port & Diane Mattis (Michael Gibson) of Glen Allen, VA, and grandchildren Michael & Jason Mattis and Scott (Sarah) Cassidy and Christopher Cassidy. Patricia's life will be celebrated at 5:00pm on Friday, December 4th at Amvets Post 312 in North Port. To send condolences please visit www.farleyfuneralhome.com.
