Dorothy Elizabeth Clark
November 24th, 1923 - November 20th, 2015
Dorothy Miller Clark passed away on Friday Nov. 20, 2015. She was 92. Dorothy had been living at Gulf Winds ALF in Venice, FL, and was recently transferred to Riviera Palms Rehabilitation Center in Ellenton, Fl where she passed away. Dorothy had the assistance of Tidewell Hospice for the last several months of her life. She was born Dorothy Elizabeth Foltermann in White Plains, NY in 1923, and lived in the Westchester, Long Island, and Delaware County areas of New York before moving to Florida in the early 1980’s with her spouse Harry Miller, who predeceased her. She is survived by her sister Joan James of Connecticut and 3 of 4 sons from her first marriage, David (Ann), Richard (Veronica), & Bruce (Theresa) Hadden, all of Florida, as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Her son Douglas Hadden predeceased her in 2011. Following cremation her remains will be placed with those of Harry Miller at Venice Memorial Gardens on Center Road in Venice.
